This dye sublimation ink is the REAL DEAL high quality dispersant’s and dyes from a reliable and world wide renowned source , giving fantastic saturated prints onto many substrates. DO NOT CONFUSE with INFERIOR Dye Sublimation Inks, these Inks have supreme colour gamut and Deep rich Blacks.
The particle size of dispersive dyes is minute, under 100nm (0.1um) and use the high-class dyes to keep their colour shade in harsh conditions. The SUBPRO inks have superior printing quality under various printing environments.

Ricoh Dye Sublimation
This ink works:-
1. by printing onto a transfer paper in reverse and applying this to a polyester coated product in a heat process such as a Mug Press or Clam Press etc, the ink then under heat turns from a solid to a gas and adheres to the most receptive surface, which is the polyester product. Once the heat is reduced the ink converts back into a solid and is FIXED to the product.
2. Printing directly to the garment again a mostly polyester product then this is heat fixed using a heat press to apply heat and pressure, in most cases a large format roller fed system.
Using high class dyes our Ricoh dye sublimation inks have supreme durability light-fastness and colour reproduction.
SUBPRO-GX can be used with traditional heat transfer papers or it can be directly printed onto fabrics.
Recommended for Ricoh Aficio printheads .

My Printer ROCK’S!!, colours spot on for the first time ever without fighting it … which should please his lordship as less mug wastage with me going, “umm no just NO” then rips hair out looks distraught and says, “no sorry have to print it again”, with renditions of “splutter splutter” puffs up from Roger , with ” it looks good to me”.. where I then give the Welsh witch face and say reallly!!!… print it again it’s awful terrible I can’t let it go “goes in to full deva faint mode”. So to cut a long winded extract of daily printing short, it’s dam awesome profile and amazing inks!!. Thank you 🙂
