How does Dye Sublimation ink work?

Printing onto a transfer paper in reverse and applying this to a polyester coated product in a heat process such as a Mug Press or Clam Press.
The ink then under heat turns from a solid to a gas and adheres to a Polymer (polyester).
Once the heat is reduced the ink converts back into a solid and is FIXED to the product.

Using high class HD dyes this product has supreme durability light-fastness and colour reproduction.
